We are looking for Young Actors who love the THEATRE!
GUELPH UNITED PERFORMERS is the Theatre Club for you! We will be offering our 2025/2026 Theatre Club Program to all young actors in our community as follows:
Date: Tuesday evenings, Sept. 30 to Dec. 15, 2025
Continues January 6 to March 6, 2026
7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Where: Trinity United Church
400 Stevenson Street N., Guelph, Ontario
Ages: 11 to 16 years
We offer fall & winter sessions, leading to an original Performance on Friday evening, March 6, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. Our Performance will have a role for everyone. There are compulsory dress rehearsals BOOKED FOR Saturday morning, February 21, 2026, 9:00 to 1:00 p.m.; Saturday morning, February 28, 9:00 to 1:00 p.m.; and Sunday afternoon, March 1, 2026, 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. All cast members are expected to attend these dress rehearsals.
COMMUNITY THEATRE CLUB will begin Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., breaking for Christmas Holidays on December 16, 2025, and continuing our winter session on January 6, 2026. We offer an original script, and produce a Show to be performed before friends, family and the general public. Our performers will learn a wide range of theatrical and public performance skills throughout the course of our Program, with lots of “theatre” games and improv. And, we guarantee lots of fun!!!
GUELPH UNITED PERFORMERS is directed by Andrea LeBlanc, and produced by Barbara Moldenhauer. We are assisted by Cora Bent. Together, they are the strong creative team leading GUP!
Our total fee is $450. If you wish to discuss this fee with me, please do not hesitate to do so. Initial payment of $350 is requested with completed registration form before September 1, 2025; and, $100 is payable January 6, 2026.
WE DO HAVE HIGH EXPECTATIONS THAT REGULAR ATTENDANCE EACH WEEK IS A PRIORITY FOR ALL OUR CAST. ATTENDANCE AT ALL DRESS REHEARSALS IS COMPULSORY.
